Every figure on this page is computed from the inputs you enter, by the method stated below it. BreakerDesk publishes no market averages and quotes no survey: the defaults are a worked example to replace with your own.
An electrical price list template is a shape and an arithmetic, not a list of someone else's prices: task, standard time, labor at the loaded hourly cost, materials at markup, flat price to the customer, grouped the way a tech looks for them at the panel. The electrician price book on this site fills the template from your figures, free and without an account; BreakerDesk Pro keeps the filled list on every truck.

Why a template with prices in it is wrong
Downloaded prices were built on another company's wage, truck, insurance and market. The template's value is the columns and the grouping; the numbers must be yours. The rate under every price is the loaded hourly cost: the wage plus the taxes, the insurance, the truck, the tools and the office, divided by the billable hours rather than the paid hours; the electrician cost calculator on this site produces it from your figures.
The columns
Task, time, labor, materials at cost, materials at markup, margin, customer price. The customer sees the last column; the owner reviews the rest, and the review is where underpriced tasks get caught.
The grouping
Service calls, receptacles and switches, lighting, panels and breakers, EV and generator, emergency. The tech finds the task in seconds; the office reviews a section at a time.
Filled, versioned, on the trucks
The list is filled once from your figures, versioned when costs change, and pushed to every phone. Pro does the pushing and stamps the version on each invoice. From the vendors' own pricing pages: Tradify lists Lite at $47, Pro at $51 and Plus at $61 per user per month; Jobber lists Core at $49 per month for one user with additional users at $29 each; Housecall Pro lists Basic at $59 per month billed annually or $79 monthly. BreakerDesk Pro is $47 per month for the whole crew.
